Baker Bob wants to keep you up to date on the current happenings in the 420 community.  As new information on the fight for legalization comes in, it will be posted and announced in our Baker Bob Bits newsletter.  We currently have 13 states with medical marijuana laws and decriminalization of marijuana.  Slowly but surely we are making progress for safe access of marijuana for not only the medical patients, but the general population as well. 

Federally, marijuana is still classified as a Schedule I drug.  According to the United States Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Agency, a Schedule I drug is a drug that is legal for (or not found to have) medical use.  Yet, the manmade "THC pill," Marinol, is a schedule III.  In comparing the two, the medical benefits are comparable with one major difference... Marinol has a lethal overdose threshold.
